1. About Us
FINAKPOP is an independent UK-based retailer that sources K-pop merchandise directly from third-party global suppliers. We operate on a dropshipping basis, which means we do not store or inspect goods ourselves before dispatch.
2. Product Information and Availability
All items are offered subject to availability. We do our best to display product details, images, and availability accurately, but cannot guarantee that all information (including colours, styles, compatibility with concert systems, etc.) will be perfectly accurate.
We reserve the right to change product specifications, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Orders may be cancelled at our discretion if payment is flagged for fraud or non-compliance.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped directly from overseas warehouses using third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays due to customs clearance, logistics disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Tracking numbers are provided where available, but tracking may not update in real-time.
5. Customs and Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, even if not anticipated at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for customs clearance delays, import restrictions, or goods confiscated by local authorities.
6. Cancellations and Amendments
Due to our fast processing system, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed, unless we expressly agree in writing.
We do not accept order changes due to customer error (e.g., choosing the wrong version or address), so please double-check your details before checkout.
7. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind or buyer error, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations exemptions (Regulation 28(b): goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised).
Returns are only accepted if:
If a refund or replacement is approved, return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise stated. All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. Items returned without prior authorisation will be rejected.
⚠️ Important:
Minor imperfections (e.g., packaging dents, slight colour variations, misaligned stickers) do not qualify as defects. These are common in international merchandise transit.
We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility at our sole discretion.
8. Pre-orders and Special Items
Pre-order items are shipped based on the manufacturer’s release date, which is subject to change. We are not liable for manufacturer delays or production changes (e.g., poster exclusions, photocard shuffles).
Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless the item becomes permanently unavailable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

10. Intellectual Property
All logos, product images, designs, and content on this site are the intellectual property of FINAKPOP or its partners. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
